Currier and Ives was a business founded in New York City in the early 19th Century basically as a tabloid that printed lithographs of current events, controversial topics and Americana.  As a result the combined works and business turned out to be a treasure trove of, and curators for, Americana!

When you study them, you'll enter a whole new world of appreciation for the values of earlier Americans who built this Nation.
