From the Publisher...

At first I was going to post many of my pictures as mementos of my travels. Then I realized that what I was really looking at was a snapshot of contemporary Americana and decided to post the photos in that context.  

Expanding on this idea I have added Americana contributions from 19th and 20th Century creators: Winslow  Homer, Frederick Remington, Grandma Moses, Currier and Ives and George Bellows.  

I think that you'll enjoy these.  I certainly did!
